Surrounded by an agricultural valley spanning over six hectares, this residence provides a relaxing stay immersed in nature while remaining well-connected to key destinations in the region: Milan, Lugano, and Lake Como can all be reached in about half an hour.

The house features four bedrooms on the upper floor, two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, and spacious terraces overlooking the greenery. The ground floor includes a large, well-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a third bathroom. The areas are roomy, functional, and designed to accommodate up to ten guests, with specific amenities for children and infants. The private garden includes a sunbathing area, a barbecue zone, and ample space suitable for small events or outdoor work sessions amidst the trees and the sounds of nature.
