Nestled among the rolling hills of the Marche countryside, on the border between Montelupone and Macerata, this farmhouse provides an authentic stay in a rural setting filled with charm and tranquility. Surrounded by a patchwork of cultivated fields and a lush courtyard of plants and flowers typical of central Italy, it serves as the perfect starting point for exploring some of the region's most enchanting locations: Montelupone, Loreto, Recanati, Civitanova Marche, Tolentino, and the Montegranaro outlets. In less than an hour’s drive, you can also reach the Riviera del Conero, Ancona, Sirolo, and Numana.

The house, built in 1948 and fully renovated in 2007, retains the charm of Marche’s rural architecture. An ancient well still collects rainwater and is used to irrigate the courtyard, which transforms into a vibrant explosion of colors and fragrances in spring and summer, thanks to the presence of olive trees, oaks, pomegranates, cypress trees, geraniums, roses, peonies, and jasmine.

The guest room is located on the ground floor, in the north wing of the residence, with a private entrance. It consists of a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sofa, breakfast table, and TV. The spacious and bright private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and towels.

Italian-style breakfast is served directly in the room and includes high-quality local products: handcrafted jams from “Le Conserve di Angela,” honey produced just a few kilometers away, and baked goods from the “Forno di Campagna,” located in nearby Contrada San Nicolò. Upon request, the breakfast can be customized to suit individual preferences.

Pets are welcome, and guests can freely enjoy the courtyard and the internal parking. Included amenities feature free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. For an additional fee, a shuttle service to and from the Macerata or Ancona train stations, as well as Ancona-Falconara Airport, is available.

In the surrounding area, visitors can explore villages and sites of significant historical and spiritual value, such as Montelupone, which holds the Orange Flag from the Touring Club, Recanati – the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi – and Loreto, a destination for international pilgrimage.
