Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 8 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 7 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Excellent B&B in Civitanova Alta, very beautiful, clean location with very kind, helpful, and discreet hosts. Perfect to cool off after a day of sun at the beach. Highly recommended.

Salve. Siamo appena tornati a casa dalle ferie e abbiamo fatto tappa a Civitanova Alta in questo bellissimo bed and breakfast. Non possiamo fare altro che ringraziare tutta la famiglia che ci ha aiutato in un momento di difficoltà. Ringrazio per la disponibilità e gentilezza. Se dovessimo ritornare in quella zona sapremo sicuramente dove alloggiare. Lo consigliamo a tutti. Grazie mille. Saluti da Famiglia Zaghi.

Ci siamo trovati veramente molto a nostro agio in questo bed and breakfast. La signora che ci ha accolto ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, la intera struttura è molto pulita e curata. Consigliatissima.

Posto nuovissimo, un po' difficile da trovare ma grazie alle indicazioni del sito ci si arriva. Gestore molto disponibile e cordiale. Posizione molto bella e tranquilla, quello che cercavamo.
