This residence, built around 150 years ago and recently renovated, retains the essence of the past, with every brick carrying the memories of generations who have lived and worked here with pride.

The main building features three double rooms with private bathrooms and a mini-apartment, all showcasing wooden ceilings and vintage furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The family-run farm produces grapes and extra virgin olive oil, providing guests with an authentic taste of local flavors.

Due to its strategic location, Il Podere del Nonno serves as an ideal starting point for historical, cultural, and culinary tours. Hey, I'm Manuela

My father and grandfather, after many years of hard work as sharecroppers, devoted to cultivating land that was not theirs, finally achieved their dream at the end of the 1960s. With the help of a substantial loan, they were able to purchase the land and the house they knew intimately, every corner and every plot… even though they had never been the owners before. One day, while gazing at my lifelong home in the distance, I realized that all their effort and toil were at risk of being lost. Thus, I decided that their sacrifices should not remain just a memory… and that’s how my adventure with Il Podere del Nonno began!

Just 15 km away are the beautiful beaches of Cupra Marittima, Grottammare, and San Benedetto del Tronto, ideal for a day of relaxation by the sea. A 45-minute drive leads to the breathtaking Sibillini Mountains, which provide stunning views for hiking and outdoor activities. Nearby, charming towns such as Ripatransone, Offida, Ascoli Piceno, and Fermo boast a rich historical and cultural heritage waiting to be discovered.

In addition to the area's natural beauty, guests can immerse themselves in the life of our farm, which focuses on producing grapes and extra virgin olive oil. In the family garden, visitors can pick fresh seasonal vegetables, while the courtyard features farm animals and our two affectionate donkeys, Silvio and Marietta, always eager for attention. It is an authentic place where nature meets tradition, offering a unique experience of relaxation, culture, and genuine flavors.
