The B&B Punto Magico is situated in one of the most enchanting areas of the Marche region, just five hundred meters from the historical center of Offagna, yet completely surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside. Offagna is a picturesque medieval village, recognized as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy,” famous for its 15th-century fortress and the historical reenactments that enliven its streets during the summer months. Strolling through its cobblestone alleys, amidst scenic views and artisan shops, offers an authentic experience that transports you back to a slower, more genuine pace of life.
The B&B's location is particularly advantageous for those wishing to explore both the coast and the inland areas. In less than thirty minutes, you can reach the Riviera del Conero, known for its stunning beaches nestled between cliffs, such as Portonovo, Sirolo, and Numana, ideal for beach days, water sports, or simply relaxing. The Conero Park also provides scenic walking and biking paths through Mediterranean scrub, filled with intense fragrances and views of the Adriatic Sea.
Nearby, there are also art cities rich in history and culture: Ancona, with its port, museums, and Roman and neoclassical architecture; Osimo, famous for its underground caves and historic buildings; Loreto, a site of international pilgrimage; Recanati, the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi, featuring places connected to his poetry; and Jesi, the hometown of Frederick II, surrounded by castles and renowned for its Verdicchio wine.
This area is also perfect for nature lovers. Surrounding the B&B is a hilly landscape dotted with woods, hedgerows, and wildflowers, home to a diverse array of wildlife. Hawks, buzzards, hoopoes, doves, porcupines, and badgers inhabit the region, and during late spring evenings, you can witness the enchanting spectacle of fireflies.
The varied terrain allows for a combination of very different experiences within just a few days: beach outings, walks in historic villages, tastings of local products and wines, and moments of silence and contemplation in nature. It’s a place to rejuvenate, explore, and find inspiration.
