Nestled among the gentle hills of the Fano hinterland, just five kilometers from the sea, Sant’Andrea B&B is located within an ancient 17th-century country residence. Surrounded by a two-hectare park filled with olive trees, hazelnuts, and fruit trees, the farmhouse offers a panoramic view of the Marche landscape and the Adriatic Sea. It is a timeless place designed for those who wish to slow down, immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature, and be enveloped by an authentic, family-like atmosphere.

The residence maintains the understated elegance of an old noble house, featuring two double rooms furnished with period furniture and equipped with private bathrooms. The common areas reflect the same attention to detail: in the living room with a fireplace, guests can take a break with books, herbal teas, and conversations, while the large rustic kitchen welcomes visitors during the colder months for breakfast.

During the warmer season, breakfast is served outdoors, amidst the fragrances of the garden and the colors of the park. Homemade jams made from orchard fruits, cakes and cookies, bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hot drinks transform each morning into a delightful ritual. A savory breakfast is also available upon request, and during social moments, delicious appetizers featuring local products are offered.

The estate is dotted with corners waiting to be discovered: from the ancient fig tree perfect for resting under, to the brick arches that frame the natural terrace overlooking the sea. Guests can enjoy a relaxation area, a barbecue space, and the opportunity to explore meditation paths immersed in greenery. Maps, books, guides, an events calendar, and private on-site parking are available for guests.

Sant’Andrea B&B is named after the locality of Sant’Andrea in Villis and serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the Marche hinterland. From Fano with its Roman heritage to the Renaissance city of Urbino, passing by the fortress of Gradara, the Frasassi Caves, and numerous medieval towns such as Novilara and Candelara, the region unfolds in a captivating blend of art, history, and nature. Here, every stay becomes an invitation to rediscover the beauty of simple things.

Hey, I'm Michela

Sant’Andrea B&B is the result of a life choice: to return to my grandparents' home, nestled among the hills of the Fano countryside, where I spent my childhood summers immersed in nature. Together with my husband, I decided to breathe new life into this 17th-century residence, transforming it into a welcoming, authentic place rich in memories. I take great pleasure in attending to every detail of hospitality, from the breakfast featuring homemade pastries and jams to the fresh flowers on the tables and the embroidered linens. For me, hosting means making guests feel at home, surrounded by beauty and tranquility, and embracing a slower, more human pace of life.
