The two stone farmhouses contain five independent apartments, each thoughtfully decorated with character, featuring family heirloom antiques alongside hand-painted beds and modern amenities such as fireplaces, kitchenettes, independent heating, and well-equipped outdoor spaces.

Armando, a naturalist guide and ski instructor, along with his parents, will welcome you into a simple and genuine atmosphere filled with heartfelt attention and small yet significant daily experiences. Breakfast is served in the former barn with a fireplace, offering homemade sweets by Antonella, as well as jams and honey from the family’s organic farm.

Each season brings its own charm and activities: from soaking in a Finnish tub under the stars to harvesting saffron at dawn, from beekeeping experiences to days spent in the fields among fruit trees, walnuts, and lavender. If you're lucky, you might even join a real truffle hunt in the nearby woods with Lulù, the family dog.

Located just 5 km from Agnone, amidst the shops of ancient coppersmiths, the Pontifical Marinelli Foundry, and medieval churches, Masseria serves as an ideal starting point for excursions to the Montedimezzo Park, Capracotta, Roccaraso, or the Adriatic beaches.
