Inside the property, there are two country lofts, each accommodating up to four guests. The spaces are bright and thoughtfully designed, featuring flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, linens, and toiletries. Each apartment is crafted to ensure comfort and independence, with layouts suitable for families with children.

BB10 Oasi stands out for its focus on the little ones: toys, changing tables, cribs, potty chairs, high chairs, boosters, and colorful dishes are all available. An 8000 square meter park surrounds the house, providing ample space for outdoor play, running, and relaxation. Pets are also welcome.

The area surrounding BB10 Oasi is a captivating corner of Piedmont, renowned for its lush nature, cultural heritage, and proximity to one of Italy’s most enchanting lakes. Nestled in the Cantarana woods, the property is situated on a hill that overlooks the landscape, providing expansive views of greenery and a sense of being in a timeless place. Here, the silence is only broken by the sounds of nature, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking a slower, rejuvenating pace.

Just a five-minute drive away is Arona, an elegant town located on the western shore of Lake Maggiore. Its streets are lined with cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, in addition to a well-maintained lakeside promenade that invites leisurely strolls among gardens, boats, and romantic vistas. From Arona, boats depart to the Borromean Islands, Stresa, and other breathtaking lakeside destinations, all easily reachable in a day.

Less than two kilometers from the property stands the Colossus of San Carlo, one of the tallest statues in Europe, which also offers a unique viewpoint.
