The House of Chiara is a stylish apartment located on the first floor of a carefully renovated historic building, surrounded by a charming garden that provides a peaceful and private setting. The property is situated in the San Sebastiano district, part of Marmora, in the heart of the Val Maira, an area known for its unspoiled nature and abundant trails perfect for alpine skiing, mountain biking, and hiking, away from mass tourism yet equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen and fireplace, a passage room, and an entryway where additional beds are available. It can accommodate between 4 to 10 guests, making it ideal for groups or large families looking to enjoy an authentic experience in nature without sacrificing elegance and comfort.

Guests can enjoy a section of the garden for their exclusive use and, upon request, access a game and TV room located on the ground floor. The owner, Caterina, is a vibrant and always available person who loves music, the mountains, and reading, and she is dedicated to making the stay as comfortable as possible. The owner lives on the second floor of the same building, with a separate entrance, ensuring privacy and assistance when needed.

From October to June, it is advisable to use a car for grocery shopping, as the nearest stores are about 11 km away in the town of Prazzo, while in the summer, a small shop is available 2 km away at the Lou Dahu campsite. For longer stays, it is recommended to stock up in Dronero, approximately 30 km away, where supermarkets and all necessary services can be found.
