Cascina Ghitin Relais is located in Variglie, a small area on the outskirts of Asti, nestled in the hills of the Monferrato region. This part of Piedmont serves as a true crossroads among Monferrato, Langhe, and Roero, regions recognized by UNESCO for their unique wine-producing landscapes.

The village is famous for cultivating the rare and fragrant lemon peach and is situated along the ancient route that connected Asti to Alba, ensuring quick access to some of the most picturesque spots in the area.
