Open from March to November, the establishment features three double rooms with private bathrooms, located in a dedicated wing of the owners' residence. Guests can enjoy a conversation area equipped with satellite TV and a stereo system, where breakfast is served, as well as browse through a rich selection of books and tourist publications on food and wine.

Cascina La Gioia is also a well-known farm producing fruits, jams, and natural purees. Within the premises, there is a sales point where visitors can purchase fresh products, cultivated with care and a focus on quality. Among the fruits grown are apples, pears, peaches, apricots, and plums, each with its own symbolic meaning rooted in tradition.
