Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Arzachena, this house welcomes guests on a 2.5-hectare plot, surrounded by wind-sculpted granite formations and fragrant Mediterranean shrubland. It's the perfect spot for those seeking a relaxing getaway, far from noise and immersed in unspoiled nature.

The property is situated along the scenic route that connects Arzachena to Capo d’Orso, just over 5 km from the beaches of the Gulf of Arzachena and only 4 km from the town center. Within the estate and its surroundings, striking granite monoliths shaped by wind and time emerge, creating a captivating landscape. From the house, one can enjoy a unique view: at the foot of Punta Maltinu, glimpses of Baja Sardinia, Cala Bitta, the Gulf of Arzachena, and in the opposite direction, the valley that houses the town of Arzachena unfold.

The rooms, each with independent access, are adorned with finishes typical of the Gallura tradition and the Costa Smeralda. Every indoor and outdoor space reflects a passion for detail, featuring elements crafted by skilled local artisans and artists, making each area elegant and inviting.

The Mediterranean-style rooms come with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and hairdryer, a breakfast nook with a refrigerator, air conditioning, a 24” Full HD TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, and private parking. Linen changes are provided every four days, with room cleaning upon arrival and departure. A third bed can be added upon request. A light breakfast is always available in the breakfast area.

The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of northern Sardinia: Arzachena is 4 km away, Cannigione 6 km, Palau 10 km, Baja Sardinia 18 km, Porto Cervo 20 km, and Olbia 30 km. Palau and Cannigione serve as excellent starting points for excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago or Corsica, while Arzachena is renowned for its rich archaeological routes.

My name is Pasquale Cadeddu, I am 69 years old, and in addition to managing the property, I passionately tend to the olive grove, vineyard, orchard, and vegetable garden, caring for every aspect of the countryside surrounding the estate.
