La Tinaia Country House Bed & Board

Nestled among gently rolling hills adorned with Malvasia vineyards and just five minutes from the sea, La Tinaia is a historic countryside residence dating back to the late 19th century. Carefully renovated, it has now been transformed into a refined country house. Located in the Turudas area of Magomadas, and only a few kilometers from Bosa—one of Sardinia's most charming villages—it offers guests an intimate and authentic natural setting filled with Mediterranean aromas, olive groves, citrus orchards, and lush gardens.

The rooms, all air-conditioned and elegantly furnished with a harmonious blend of antique furniture and minimalist design, offer various accommodation options: double, twin, triple rooms, as well as an independent loft. Some rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while others have dedicated external facilities. Regardless, all guarantee comfort, tranquility, and privacy. Free Wi-Fi is available, internal parking is always provided, and pets are welcome.

Breakfast, served outdoors in pleasant weather or in the indoor dining area during cooler months, features traditional Sardinian pastries, local products, and homemade dishes. Savory options or American-style breakfasts can be arranged upon request. Guests in the Loft Tinaia, however, have the freedom to prepare their own breakfast.

Dining services, exclusively for resident guests, are available by reservation with at least 24 hours' notice. Whether for dinner or aperitif time, guests can enjoy a fixed menu with two courses inspired by Sardinian cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. The menu changes according to the season and market availability, with a starting price of around 30 euros per person. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and classic Italian alternatives are also available upon request. House wines from the estate's cellar elegantly complement each meal.

The location is perfect for exploring the area: from nearby Bosa, traversed by the Temo River and guarded by the Malaspina Castle, to quaint villages like Modolo, Flussio, and Tinnura, where traditional crafts such as filet and asphodel baskets can still be observed. The surroundings offer nature trails to experience on foot, by bike, or on horseback, along with a rich archaeological and cultural heritage.
