The house, meticulously attended to in every detail, exudes a warm and homely atmosphere, a result of the passion of Rita and Giovanni, who opened their spacious home to share the joy of hospitality in 2014. Together with their children Riccardo and Antonio, they live here year-round, tending to a vegetable garden, making preserves, and caring for the garden—activities they truly cherish.

The air-conditioned rooms feature private bathrooms, minibars, TVs, hairdryers, free Wi-Fi, and the option to add extra beds for children. Each room is independent and overlooks either the lawn or the vineyard. The accommodation can host up to nine guests and is perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking tranquility, privacy, and an authentic connection with the local area.

Every morning, a delightful breakfast is served, offering both sweet and savory options, including coffee, tea, juices, homemade pastries, jams, cheeses, cured meats, and seasonal fruits, which can be enjoyed outdoors when the weather permits. Surrounding the house is a spacious garden with fruit trees and a large green lawn, ideal for relaxation or for children to play.

Its strategic location allows for easy access to attractions such as Capo Caccia, the Neptune Caves, Porto Conte Park, Lake Baratz, the Nuraghe Palmavera, the Anghelu Ruju necropolis, and the center of Alghero within just a few minutes. Guests can also take part in guided excursions on foot, by bike, or on horseback, and explore culinary routes that showcase the authentic flavors of Sardinia.
