The buildings arranged around the central courtyard have been converted into six comfortable, independent accommodations, tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private outdoor spaces with furnishings, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The property is powered by a solar panel system and is certified organic, fully respecting the environment.

Guests can enjoy a large saltwater pool available 24/7, with a movable cover that allows for use in both spring and autumn, along with a well-equipped sun terrace, a barbecue area, a bocce court, ping pong, foosball, and a playground for children nestled in greenery. She personally greets each guest, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable, as if they were in a large country home. Her husband, a doctor, helps out in his free time, contributing to the upkeep of the grounds and the life of the estate. Adding to the warm atmosphere is Marley, the family cocker spaniel, who enthusiastically welcomes every newcomer.
