Hello, my name is Paolo Tiberio, and I am the owner of the B&B Tenuta Don Paolino. I am an architect, and in 2010, I completed the renovation project for this establishment. Here, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Sicilian countryside, enjoying a good book in the shade of an olive tree, surrounded by the scents, sounds, and colors of nature.

The Don Paolino Estate is situated in a prime location, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Mediterranean countryside, yet just a short distance from some of Sicily's most captivating wonders. Enclosed by a vast citrus grove belonging to the estate, it provides an ideal retreat for those seeking an authentic experience amidst nature, culture, and relaxation.

From the estate, one can easily access the stunning cities of Syracuse, Noto, and Modica, all recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites for their remarkable architectural and landscape beauty. Strolling through the narrow streets of Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque, marveling at its impressive Cathedral, or witnessing the enchanting Infiorata are experiences not to be missed. Also nearby are the stunning canyons of Cavagrande del Cassibile, featuring its pools nestled within the rocks, and the beautiful Vendicari Nature Reserve, a biodiversity paradise with golden beaches and ancient tuna fishing sites.

For beach lovers, the shores of Avola, including the famous Gallina Beach, boast crystal-clear waters and shallow bottoms ideal for relaxation and swimming.
