Hey, I'm Nadia

The agriturismo is run by Nadia and Enrico, the owners of the organic farming business Fiores. With passion and commitment, they cultivate medicinal plants from which they produce herbal teas, syrups, aromatic herbs, natural cosmetics, and whole grain flours from the mountains. Nadia, an architect originally from Genoa, decided to leave her municipal job to fully immerse herself in nature and create an eco-sustainable hospitality project. Together with Enrico, she welcomes guests with a family spirit, sharing their love for the land and authentic living in the Dolomites.

The Val di Fassa, located in the heart of the Trentino Dolomites, is a region that captivates visitors with its stunning landscapes and the diverse range of activities available throughout the year. Vigo di Fassa, home to the Agriturismo Fiores, is characterized by lush meadows, fragrant woods, and breathtaking views of the Catinaccio, Sassolungo, Sassopiatto, and other majestic Dolomite peaks.

During winter, the Val di Fassa transforms into an exceptional destination for snow sports. The Dolomiti Superski facilities, including those in Vigo di Fassa, Pozza, Canazei, and Moena, offer miles of slopes for alpine skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing, along with trails for snowshoeing and sledding.

Culturally, the valley is rich in Ladin traditions, featuring museums, folk events, and festivals that narrate the history and identity of these mountains. Local cuisine is another highlight, with traditional dishes such as canederli, strangolapreti, speck, and alpine cheeses available in the region's restaurants and mountain huts.

Thanks to its strategic location, Vigo di Fassa provides easy access to other breathtaking Dolomitic wonders, such as Lake Carezza, Passo Sella, Passo Pordoi, Seceda, and even Lake Braies or the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, making it an ideal base for exploring the entire Dolomite range.
