You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Elena und edoardo sehr herzliche und bemühte gastgeber. Kinder konnten im schönen garten toben, frühstück bestens, sogar mit kuchen. Das ganze haus erst vor4 jahren generalsaniert, alles neu und sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, grazie mille!

Di passaggio con amici in moto, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, camere pulitissime, colazione ottima con prodotti fatti in casa. Che dire... consigliatissimo.

La camera è molto ampia e tipica. La posizione comoda sia per visitare i mercatini Natalizi in Alto Adige e in Trentino. I proprietari sono molto ospitali e speriamo di tornarci presto!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Elena ed Edoardo gentilissimo e accoglienti ci siamo trovati come se fossimo in famiglia! Colazione abbondante e con prodotti del territorio freschi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Gestori gentili, disponibili e molto simpatici. Siamo stati benissimo. La colazione ottima grazie ai loro prodotti fatti in casa (soprattutto i biscotti). Consigliatissimo.

La casa è nuovissima e sistemata molto bene e con cura, bellissima la camera con soppalco e travi a vista. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. La colazione abbondante e buona con dolci e marmellate fatte in casa.

Bello, nuovo, con stanza molto grande, i gestori lo hanno curato nei minimi particolari, dagli arredi al colore delle tende. Si trova un po' fuori dal piccolo paese ma in un luogo molto bello, in mezzo ai meleti. Scelto per la posizione strategica, nei dintorni si possono visitate diversi luoghi come: canyon Rio Sass, San Romedio e tante belle passeggiate sia a piedi che in bicicletta. Bella esperienza. Dimenticavo, i gestori gentilissimi, le torte a colazione non mancano e sono buonissime.
