The farmhouse, clad in the local galestro stone, blends seamlessly into an ancient and authentic landscape, offering a perfect balance between rustic simplicity and elegance.

The villa is divided into two independent apartments, connected by an external staircase, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy their holiday while maintaining their independence. The interiors feature calming tones, antique furniture, local stone flooring, and exposed beam ceilings, all contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it comprises four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, two well-equipped kitchens, and two spacious, bright living areas.

Outside, the spaces are designed to fully embrace the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside: a stunning swimming pool, a sauna with panoramic views, a terrace with a hot tub, and several relaxing areas equipped for meals or simply enjoying nature. The property spans approximately 20 hectares, crisscrossed by wooded paths leading to small springs and natural pools where one can cool off on warmer days.

Just a short walk from the villa, visitors can find the charming ruins of the Lombard church of San Michele in Colle Petroso and a small medieval complex, which are living testimonies of the rich history of this land.
