The nine rooms, tastefully furnished with understated elegance and equipped with independent heating and private bathrooms, retain the original character of the building, while the swimming pool with a sun terrace offers moments of relaxation overlooking the greenery. A highlight of the property is the Belvedere wellness area, featuring a sauna and an oat milk hot tub, exclusively for the guests' use, creating a small haven of peace infused with the scents of rosemary and lavender.

The heart of the agriturismo also includes an equestrian center, home to a renowned Quarter Horse breeding operation, where lessons and guided horseback rides are organized by experienced staff. With both indoor and outdoor facilities, visitors can enjoy the thrill of horseback riding in any season, even those who are new to these animals.

The kitchen, reserved for guests, offers a fixed menu based on ingredients from the farm or sourced from local small producers. Each dish is prepared in the traditional way, using a wood-fired oven, according to the recipes of the Gubbio tradition. Upon request, guests can participate in Umbrian cooking classes to bring home the flavors and techniques of rural dining. The agriturismo also produces artisanal honey and natural truffle sauces, free from additives and preservatives.
