Dining services are available by reservation only, featuring customized menus for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten sensitivities, with a maximum of twelve guests at a time. Alternatively, guests can opt for a "Chef at Home" service or prepare their own meals in shared kitchens.

Piana delle Selve is the result of the dedication of the Polelli Piccirilli family, who have been cultivating this land and preserving its traditions for three generations. Today, Claudio, along with his children Ada and Surya, reopens the doors to this peaceful corner, offering a family-friendly welcome and an experience that blends nature, authentic flavors, and life stories.

Claudio is the host and heart of Piana delle Selve. Born in Rome and having moved here as a child, he inherited a love for this land from his family and has nurtured it with care by planting vineyards, olive groves, and an orchard of ancient Umbrian varieties. After spending some time abroad, where he took the cuisine and flavors of Amerino to India, he returned with his children Ada and Surya to reopen the family business. Today, he warmly welcomes guests, sharing with them the authentic charm of this corner of Umbria.
