Description
The San Felice Estate, a historic residence of the estate's sharecroppers, welcomes guests in double rooms and apartments of various sizes, all furnished in a rustic style and equipped with a refrigerator, TV, and private bathrooms. The apartments also feature a convenient kitchenette for preparing meals independently, utilizing the fresh produce available on the farm.

Breakfast is served in a dedicated room and offers a wide selection of homemade pastries, artisanal jams made from the estate's fruits, fresh ricotta (on production days), cappuccino, tea, and other beverages. The business philosophy emphasizes authenticity, avoiding packaged snacks and processed products.

During the summer, guests can unwind by the pool surrounded by greenery, while children have access to a well-equipped play area. The estate also provides numerous activities related to agricultural life, including livestock visits, participation in olive harvesting and processing, and observing the production of organic cheeses during designated months.

Situated at an altitude of 450 meters on the slopes of the Martani Mountains, the San Felice Estate is enveloped by forests and trails ideal for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. Certified environmental guides are available for guided explorations. The estate is also located along the Rome-Assisi stretch of the Angels' Path and the Martani Trekking route, just a short distance from the ancient Abbey of San Felice and the village of Giano dell’Umbria.

The estate's recently renovated restaurant offers typical Umbrian dishes and wood-fired pizzas, which can also be enjoyed in the summer garden, paired with the finest local wines. Guests can take advantage of ample parking, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The estate's strategic location allows easy access to major tourist destinations in Umbria, including Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, and Montefalco.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant located within the estate, which is easily accessible with a short walk of about 30 meters from the agriturismo. Here, you will have the chance to enjoy delicious pastries and jams made by our mothers, fresh cheeses produced on-site, the estate's certified organic extra virgin olive oil, as well as fruit juices, cappuccino, barley, coffee, and tea.

During the production months, from January to June, you can also savor our exquisite ricotta, made just a few hours before being served.

Surrounded of mulberry and olive trees and close to the most popular medieval castles of Umbria (which is also called the green heart of Italy), the “Tenuta San Felice” is more than just a farm. Since 2001 the families Volpi and Metelli manage the farm, which was neglected for many decades. Today our guests have the opportunity to stay in an absolutely authentic farm, specialized in the production of a high quality organic olive oil.

Our agriturismo is situated in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by a charming landscape of fields, olive groves, vineyards, and forests that encircle the property.

The area is hilly, at an elevation of about 350 meters above sea level, easily accessible via provincial road no. 452, which winds through the farmland.

Our establishment serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the lush region of Umbria, thanks to its strategic location that allows for easy visits to major artistic cities such as Montefalco, Bevagna, Foligno, Spoleto, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, and Gubbio.
