Our residence is located in Semonzo, at the feet of Montegrappa, in an oasis of peace and tranquility, away from city stress.

Our countryside is an ideal place to immerse yourself in the tranquility of lush gardens and beautiful landscapes or to practice any outdoor sport such as mountain biking, trekking, hiking, climbing, paragliding.

We are in an area of ??great architectural value, a few kilometers away from Asolo and Possagno, where you can admire the monuments of Canova and the famous Palladian villas.

Moreover, for those who love good food and wine, it's possible to organise visits to farm and farmhouse, tasting specialties of the place and drinking Prosecco. all typical products of the region.

All our apartments have been designed to give each guest an independent entrance and outdoor access (patio or terrace) to better enjoy the mountain views. They are equipped with kitchen, double bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bidet, bed linen and towels.

There is also access for disabled people on some apartments on the ground floor.

For those who wish, there is the possibility of using a self-service washer and dryer.

We also serve buffet breakfast but, being a service not included and not always available, we ask you to make an explicit request when booking.

Our 4-legged friends will also be welcome with us.

Ideal für Gleitschirmflieger, weil 200 m vom Landeplatz. Einmal in der Unterkunft braucht man kein Auto mehr. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend renoviert, hier und da sind man noch etwas von der alten Bausubstanz, deswegen nur 9 statt 10 Punkte. Zimmer super, Frühstück super, freundliche Begleitung. Ich habe mich auf Englisch oder Französisch unterhalten. Wie es mit der deutschen Sprache aussieht weiß ich nicht.

My husband and I spent four days at this lovely property in the Grappa area surrounded by greenery. Quiet area, spacious residence, abundant breakfast served in a cozy, spacious glass room. Friendly staff. Feels like home. Brand new facility. Large private parking.

Struttura fantastica, massima pulizia e ordine, curata nei particolari, arredata con gusto, provvista di un ampio giardino con camino. Ambiente accogliente, stanza grande, confortevole e attrezzata di ogni comfort. Il b&b migliore dove ho pernottato. Giusto compromesso prezzo e qualità e i titolari davvero socievoli, disponibili e gentilissimi. Consiglio di farci una sosta a chi viaggia con animali in particolare. Ve lo consiglio vivamente.

Posto ideale per passare una vacanza tranquilla. Camminate impegnative oppure tranquille a pochi passi dalla struttura. L’appartamento è come in foto, tutto è ben curato. La signora Gonda e il signor Giuliano sono molto simpatici e pronti ad aiutarvi nel bisogno. Sono stata molto bene.
