The building, an ancient barn from the 17th century that has been recently restored, is nestled in the lush greenery of the Veneto countryside, yet is close to the city. The surrounding area is the heart of Venetian tradition, featuring rural landscapes and a vibrant cultural scene that includes historical events, theatrical performances, and much more. A nearby point of interest is the small church of Sant’Anna, also dating back to the 17th century, renowned for its frescoes and sacred paintings. Every year, during the second half of July, the namesake festival takes place, enhanced by photographic exhibitions and local traditional dishes.

Just a few kilometers from the property, there are numerous attractions, such as the elegant Venetian villas, the Canova Temple, the Gipsoteca, the recently renovated Brando Castle, and the natural oasis of the Sile Springs, perfect for nature lovers. The surroundings also feature many agritourisms and restaurants that serve typical Venetian cuisine.

The establishment offers elegant and comfortable rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, internet access, and parking availability. English and French are spoken for convenient international hospitality. Pets are welcome, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the countryside without having to leave their four-legged friends behind.

The rooms, each with a view of the park, are all double suites with exclusive bathrooms. Each room is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
