Agriturismo Villa Toderini is born from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse, transformed into a refined countryside hotel set within the historical context of the noble 18th-century residence of the Toderini de Gajardis family. The impressive building, flanked by two porticos and a charming little church, reflects in the waters of a large fish pond, surrounded by a lush lawn and tree-lined avenues of century-old horse chestnuts.

Located in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, a land known for its fine wines and picturesque rural landscapes, Villa Toderini has welcomed many distinguished guests over the years, including the poet Ugo Foscolo. The owners’ desire to maintain this tradition of hospitality has led them to open their doors to travelers seeking charm and authenticity. The ten elegant rooms and a small apartment provide maximum comfort, featuring a telephone, satellite TV, high-speed internet connection, minibar, electric kettle, air conditioning, and spacious bathrooms equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, and either a hot tub or shower.

Guests can unwind in the cozy indoor spaces or on the patio, surrounded by the fragrance of blooming magnolias. The attention to detail and the care in the furnishings, perfectly balancing tradition and functionality, create a unique and refined atmosphere. The breakfast, abundant and wholesome, pays tribute to local traditions, offering homemade cakes, jams, honey, seasonal fruit, cereals, yogurt, and a selection of hot and cold beverages.

Codognè, a sanctuary of tranquility, occupies a strategic location between the main tourist destinations of Veneto. To the north lie the Dolomites, with Cortina d’Ampezzo, Cadore, and the Altopiano del Consiglio; to the south, the Lagoon of Venice. Nearby, art cities like Treviso, Asolo, Oderzo, and Conegliano enrich the journey with history and culture. For sports and nature enthusiasts, the area offers cycling routes in the peaceful countryside and easily accessible golf courses.

Area Centro

Villa Toderini is located in Codognè, at the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, an area that blends historical charm with natural beauty. This peaceful locale serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Veneto, from its art cities to mountainous landscapes, medieval villages to famous wine routes.

To the north, the Dolomites, including Cortina d’Ampezzo, the Cadore region, and the Cansiglio Plateau offer breathtaking views and hiking opportunities. To the south lies the Venice Lagoon, with its priceless heritage for those looking to immerse themselves in the timeless magic of the Serenissima. Nearby, you can also find some of the most captivating towns in Veneto, such as Treviso, with its historic center animated by canals and noble palaces, the charming medieval village of Asolo, Oderzo with its Roman past, the Renaissance charm of Portobuffolè, and Conegliano, known for its long-standing wine tradition, along with Sacile and Vittorio Veneto.

On the Prosecco and Venetian Flavors Roads

Villa Toderini is just a short distance from the Prosecco Road, a historic gastronomic route that winds through the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where well-kept vineyards and wineries welcome visitors for tastings and sensory explorations. The world-renowned Prosecco pairs perfectly with traditional Venetian products. The Wine Road of Piave also passes through Codognè, providing another opportunity to savor the best of the region.

Only a few minutes away, Conegliano is a must-visit destination for wine and history enthusiasts. The city is home to Italy's oldest viticulture school and boasts a stunning castle overlooking the historic center, which is filled with wine shops and refined venues where one can immerse themselves in the local wine culture.

Nature Experiences and Outdoor Activities

For nature lovers, the surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities. The gentle hills and country roads provide ideal cycling routes for exploring the landscape peacefully. About half an hour away, the Sile Park is a perfect oasis for peaceful walks and boat trips along the river.

Golf enthusiasts will find the region rich in prestigious courses, such as those in Aviano, Asolo, and Pian del Cansiglio, allowing them to combine sport with breathtaking scenery.

Art, Culture, and Business

Less than an hour's drive away, Venice enchants with its millennia of history, canals, and artistic treasures. Treviso, on the other hand, offers an elegant and lively atmosphere, with picturesque alleys, artisan shops, and restaurants serving the best of Venetian cuisine.

Villa Toderini is also situated in a strategic area for business. Its proximity to the Pordenone Fair, which hosts events like SICAM dedicated to the furniture industry, and Longarone Fiere, an exhibition center in the Dolomites, makes it an excellent choice for business travelers as well.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation, a cultural itinerary, or a business trip, Villa Toderini offers refined hospitality in a region rich in history, nature, and traditions.
