We spent two days of total relaxation in this beautiful renovated country house, with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the hills of Ancona. Although the road to reach it is not paved, there are no particular difficulties in reaching the B&B. The kitchen is equipped and always available, the room and the bathroom are spacious and well cared for, special mention to Giuseppe: very kind host and very attentive to the needs of the guests. Very good breakfast with fresh croissants. Really exceptional value for money. Highly recommended!

I spent 4 days with my family at the Il Duca property. The owner is very helpful and attentive to needs, the rooms and services are clean, the kitchen is well equipped, breakfast is abundant, there is a pool available, the area is quiet, the house is immersed in nature. Thank you!

We had a great time for a weekend at this property. Breakfast and service of excellent quality. Having kids, they had fun with the pool while we relaxed as the house is located in a village among the hills. It would be worth returning.

Posto nuovo e pulito, molto curato, colazione con 3 brioche per due persone + fette biscottate con marmellate/nutella + caffè. Prezzo veramente modico. posizione con bella vista, strada un po' impervia per raggiungerla, ghiaiata e ripida.

La struttura si trova a pochi km dal mare e dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Si tratta di una casa totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde e circondata da splendide colline. È appena stata ristrutturata e ha 3 stanze e una cucina attrezzata in comune. Le stanza con il bagno (dove abbiamo soggiornato) è ampia, pulita ed accogliente. La colazione è abbondante e vengono proposti prodotti freschi e genuini. La chicca è sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario. È stata una scelta dell'ultimo minuto, ma siamo stati benissimo e lo straconsigliamo!
