Perched on a hillside overlooking Pesaro, the villa Il Pignocco is a spacious development of individually owned accommodations in 4 acres of landscaped gardens and a wood with a large swimming pool in a beautiful part of Italy. Originally a Farmhouse dating back to 18th century, in 2009 the property has been renovated and turned into a Rental Villa, including 8 accommodations for a delightful holiday in Le Marche.

The Rental Villa is composed by 2 buildings: a main Farmhouse and a pretty barn conversion. The restoration has maintained the lovely original architectural features of Italian Farmhouses: beams at sight, garret with hollow flat blocks, irregular walls, cotto tiles.

All around the Le Marche Farmhouse has oaks and pines, a rich Mediterranean vegetation with fruit trees and cultivated fields of wheat. The accommodations lead into a spacious lawned garden which features garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals, or a drink in the evening on your holiday in Italy. A few steps away the private outdoor swimming pool with massaging water jets is for the exclusive use of residents during their holiday in Italy. Outdoor seating are available for the guests to relax by the pool, reading a book, or sipping a glass of wine. A short footpath close to the Farmhouse in Le Marche takes the guests to a wood of oaks and laurels.

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Wonderful surroundings, lovely host and a top-class service for breakfast, cleanliness, a spectacular swimming pool surrounded by olive trees... not to mention a breathtaking view from our exclusive tower suite. It almost seemed unreal at times. What I also greatly appreciate (also having a little kid myself) is the approach based on genuineness, sustainability, and preservation of the territory. Fantastic!

Incredible experience in a magnificent setting, the beautiful house overlooks a fabulous panorama with a sea view, and the pool among the olive trees is a haven of peace. We were very well received by Francesca, who recommended the best experiences/discoveries in the area.

Lovely place with a splendid view of Pesaro. The room has all the comforts. The park is very well maintained, with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to the cold. The value for money is exceptional.

Il Pignocco Country House is the ideal place to enjoy the absolute relaxation of the hills of Pesaro. It is located in a strategic position not far from the sea and ancient medieval villages, offering a wide range of opportunities to discover the province of Pesaro-Urbino by bike, by car or on foot. The B&B is suitable for families, couples, and solo travelers. Anna and Francesca welcome you with their kindness and attention to the customer. We stayed in the Feronia suite, a very unique location spread over 4 floors of a turret connected by a spiral staircase: on the first floor the small kitchen also equipped with a kettle with tea and herbal teas available, on the second floor the wardrobe and the bathroom with the whirlpool tub, on the third floor the bedroom with all the glass walls, on the fourth floor the solarium terrace. Although not particularly comfortable due to the many steps, it is certainly and absolutely fascinating: being able to admire the moon lying on the comfortable mattress, waking up to the chirping of birds or enjoying the stars on the solarium rocked by the breeze is truly rewarding, a unique and regenerating experience. The presentation on the website is truthful: “Uniqueness and originality characterize this room, where you sleep up there in the sky, among the stars and the clouds”. You feel suspended in the middle of nature. Impeccable cleanliness. Thanks to Anna and Francesca for making us experience this wonderful stay!

Lovely location on the hills of Pesaro, surrounded by a beautiful park and ancient olive trees. Posizione bellissima, al culmine di una collina dominante Pesaro ed il mare, ad un tempo comoda alla sottostante autostrada ed isolata rispetto ad altre costruzioni. Vista panoramica a 360°. Parco enorme e ben curato, con giardinetto interno fra la casa principale e la piccola cappella accanto. La struttura è una antica casa estiva con fienile ristrutturata, una volta proprietà di famiglia nobile, le stanze (noi eravamo in 10, ne abbiamo occupate 5) sono ricavate sia nel corpo principale che nel fienile, hanno accesso indipendente dall'esterno e arredate semplicemente ma con gusto. Ognuna è dotata di angolo cucina o comunque di fuochi per prepararsi un caffè. La colazione è nella casa principale, dove vive una delle 2 sorelle che gestiscono la struttura. Torte, muffin e biscotti fatti in casa, ma anche salumi, formaggi e cerali, il tutto in una grande sala con tavolone ed una zona con poltrone e divano, dove decidere le escursioni. Tutto molto "giusto", famigliare ed amichevole. Le gestrici sono molto cortesi, mai invadenti ma sempre presenti, a loro abbiamo chiesto dove cenare nei 2 giorni che siamo stati ospiti, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dei loro consigli. Grazie a loro, oltre a vedere Urbino, Gradara e il parco del monte San Bartolo (la panoramica dove si allenava Vale46 da ragazzo), abbiamo scoperto Montefabbri, un piccolo borgo molto carino. Penso sia inutile dire che lo consiglio!

Luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità. A pochi minuti dal mare e da Pesaro, è anche un'ottima base di partenza per escursioni nell'entroterra. Accoglienza e servizi impeccabili e amichevoli.

Splendida struttura immersa nella natura con vista mare e collina. Nella suite sembra di essere all’interno di quadro. Anche i nostri gatti si sono divertiti su e giù per le scale a chiocciola.

Ottima struttura, i proprietari sempre presenti e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Un panorama mozzafiato che regala "spunti" a architetti paesaggisti. Torneremo a ritemprarci e ad abbracciare la famiglia del Pignocco.

Ottimo locale curato nei minimi particolari. Vista molto suggestiva su Pesaro e sul mare. Bella camera, pulita, con un bel bagno ed il riscaldamento efficiente. Una stanza che si può definire una bomboniera. I titolari gentili ed capaci. Nonostante il ritardo per colpa nostra ci hanno comunque fornito una colazione di gran livello. Un locale da non mancare per fare base su Pesaro e circondario.

This is what my father Paolo thought looking at the eighteenth-century Le Marche house purchased in 1952 by grandfather. So, he decided to restore our family farmhouse for guests to spend their holidays in Italy in our quiet and beautiful estate.
