You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Everything was perfect, very friendly service. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast also includes cold cuts/cheese, which is not common in Italy. The only negative aspect could be the poor soundproofing of the house.

Struttura stupenda in contesto incantevole. Abbiamo conosciuto Caterina, la proprietaria, che ringraziamo per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità. Assolutamente consigliato anche perché posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze della Toscana. La posizione collinare permette inoltre di avere clima più ventilato e gradevole rispetto alla pianura, rimanendo tuttavia a poca distanza dal mare.
