The name of the establishment pays tribute to a majestic pine tree that is around 300 years old, which towers over the garden alongside an ancient oak and a variety of plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Guests are welcomed into a setting rich in historical charm, where every detail retains the authentic character of a family home.

The property features seven rooms, some of which are particularly spacious and suitable for families. A large suite with a panoramic terrace provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Castel del Monte. The interiors, furnished with antique pieces and original fixtures, convey the warmth of tradition, while comfort is assured with heating and air conditioning.

The restaurant, located in a cozy 55 m² lounge, offers genuine dishes inspired by local cuisine and Slow Food principles, highlighting the products from the organic farm. Breakfast is served in a family-friendly atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on the quality and seasonality of the ingredients.
