Rebecca's House is a modern and inviting residence nestled in the tranquility of the hills separating Itri from the beautiful Sperlonga, located in a prime area of southern Lazio. Surrounded by 9 hectares of olive groves, it provides a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views that encompass the Tyrrhenian coast, with sights that on clear days extend to the Pontine Islands and the Circeo promontory.

Far removed from traffic and noise, the property is accessible via a private road that stretches approximately 1300 meters from the main road, ensuring a retreat of privacy and peace. The historic towns of Gaeta and Formia are also nearby, along with a variety of restaurants offering local cuisine and pizza at reasonable prices.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, blending elements of both Italian and English rustic styles, and are equipped with all essential comforts: a private bathroom with a shower, TV, hairdryer, spacious wardrobe, and a view that offers a new perspective each day. Every morning, a buffet breakfast is served featuring freshly baked croissants, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, cereals, cakes, cookies, fruit juices, Italian coffee, and English tea.

The accommodation offers clear and advantageous rates, inclusive of VAT, taxes, daily cleaning, and linens. During July and August, the price for a double room is 80 euros per night, while the rest of the year it is 60 euros. Children under four years stay for free, and an extra bed can be added upon request for an additional 20%. Special offers are available for weekly stays or during the low season. Payment is made upon arrival.

Area Campagna

Rebecca's House is situated in a picturesque location between Itri and Sperlonga, along a hilly stretch that overlooks the southern coast of Lazio. This area perfectly blends nature, history, and the sea, making it ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat while still having the opportunity to explore captivating places.

The village of Itri, just a few minutes from the property, is a small gem nestled among the mountains, featuring a well-preserved medieval castle and winding streets that tell centuries of history. Its restaurants and trattorias serve authentic dishes and local flavors in an atmosphere that remains tied to tradition.

Sperlonga, with its white houses overlooking the sea and light sandy beaches, is one of the most beloved seaside resorts in Lazio. Here, visitors can alternate between relaxing days by the sea and cultural visits, such as to the Villa of Tiberius and the National Archaeological Museum. The crystal-clear waters and marine caves make the area perfect for activities like snorkeling, kayaking, and diving.

Not far away are Gaeta and Formia, two coastal cities with distinct yet complementary characteristics. Gaeta boasts a historic center rich in monuments, the stunning promontory of Monte Orlando, and some of the most beautiful beaches along the Riviera d’Ulisse. Formia, on the other hand, serves as an important link between Lazio and Campania, featuring a lively marina and a wide range of commercial offerings.

The entire area is crisscrossed by scenic paths and nature trails that wind through hills, olive groves, and sea views, providing perfect experiences for hikers, cyclists, and photography enthusiasts. On clear days, the view extends to the Pontine Islands and the Circeo promontory, creating a breathtaking horizon.

This is a land where each season has its own rhythm, colors, and scents: the blossoming spring, the vibrant summer, the autumn that brings the harvest from the olive groves, and the mild, quiet winter. It is a place where time slows down and beauty surrounds you at every turn.
