The dishes we serve tell the story of our farm, which passionately produces goat cheese, DOP extra virgin olive oil, honey, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Our offerings are complemented by products from other local farms and artisanal producers in the Veneto region. Our kitchen is known for its simplicity and quality, presenting dishes that pair perfectly with our own wines, primarily Valpolicella. We also provide options for children, vegetarians, and those with intolerances or allergies. However, we remain true to our land and traditions, so you won't find fish or commercial beverages here.
Bacaro Agricolo is open for dinner every day from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, with continuous service from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Every dish we offer is accompanied by an authentic culinary experience, and we share our recipes and the secrets behind our products with our guests.
Among the treasures of our farm, in addition to the typical Valpolicella wines, we offer grappa, goat ice cream, fresh eggs, and products from backyard animals.
