Established in 1994 out of a passion for tradition by father Vincenzo and mother Carmela, this trattoria still embodies the authentic spirit of its origins: simple, local cuisine with dishes that narrate the history of Circello and the flavors of Sannio.

The restaurant features nostalgic recipes, crafted with care by Chef Carmela, who meticulously selects each ingredient: local cured meats, cavatelli, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle, lamb, game, cheeses, and artisanal desserts. Every dish reflects the house philosophy: simplicity, quality, local products, and a deep connection to the land. In addition to the culinary offerings, there is a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven visible from the dining area, where master pizzaiolo Nicola bakes traditional, gourmet, and meter-long pizzas. During the summer months, the kitchen extends into the garden and around the pool, offering enchanting dinners beneath ancient oak trees.

The establishment features newly renovated, cozy rooms designed with attention to energy efficiency and comfort. Each room includes a private bathroom, heating, air conditioning upon request, TV, and Wi-Fi. Some rooms offer direct access to the garden and pool, perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay immersed in nature. Common areas include a covered terrace with ping pong and foosball, as well as a large garden of about 2000 square meters, adorned with fruit trees, a children's playground, an outdoor wood-fired oven, and a panoramic sunbathing area.

The recently renovated pool has a uniform depth to ensure safety for young children and is equipped with a waterfall, whirlpool, relaxation area with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a small American bar for cocktails and ice cream. During the warmer months, themed events and evenings are organized, making each stay an engaging experience.
