Casa Tarabuso B&B is the result of a sophisticated renovation of a late 19th-century Emilia farmhouse, nestled in the heart of the plains and surrounded by a farm managed using organic methods. Here, the cultivation of wine and vegetables intertwines with the preservation of the landscape and local traditions, creating a project that harmonizes nature and culture in a genuine balance.

The Vigna Tarabuso reflects the region's identity through native Lambrusco grapes grown using certified organic viticulture and biodynamic practices. The Lambrusco Dino, made from Maestri grapes, elegantly complements traditional Emilia dishes, telling a story rich in history and character.

Adjacent to the vineyard lies the Brolo Orto and Frutteto, where biodiversity, biodynamic crop rotations, and respect for the seasons guide the production of certified organic vegetables and fruits. These products, also available for direct sale, bring the authentic flavors of the Emilia countryside to the table.

Within the property is the Ecomuseum Vitis Labrusca, a private collection open to the public free of charge, showcasing tools and items from the winemaking tradition of the last century. Wine thus becomes a connecting thread between memory, agricultural labor, and conviviality, symbolizing a knowledge passed down through generations.

The farmhouse is located on the edge of the WWF Oasis of Marmirolo, a protected area of over ten hectares dedicated to the conservation and nesting of numerous bird species. Equipped hides for birdwatching and nature photography offer an immersive experience in a context of great environmental value.

Staying at Casa Tarabuso means experiencing an agricultural landscape that transforms with the changing seasons and light. The interiors tell the story of Emilia through natural materials, warm fabrics, and colors; the furnishings, partly salvaged and restored, and partly crafted by local artisans or carefully selected, contribute to a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

Gardens and the brolo blend with the vineyard, fields, and natural oasis, providing ample spaces for relaxation: the iron gazebo with a view of the protected area, the pergola among the gardens, the lounge in the center of the lawn, and the internal courtyard invite guests to slow down and rediscover the joy of serenity. A botanical selection of native species enhances the sensory journey through the scents and colors of the territory.

Breakfast features organic products and homemade preparations, a genuine expression of the farm's supply chain. Guests enjoy free private parking within the property, a spacious garden, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the facility, and 22 kW charging stations for electric vehicles.

Each room is designed to ensure comfort and quality of rest, with selected mattresses and linens, independent heating and cooling systems, and a Plasma Quad Plus air purification system by Mitsubishi Electric. Private bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers at floor level are equipped with high-end toiletries and hairdryers; amenities also include flat-screen TVs and minibars, ensuring a stay focused on well-being and authenticity.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast at Casa Tarabuso is a moment that truly embodies the essence of the estate and the attention given to every detail. Each morning, a selection of organic products and homemade dishes is offered, made with seasonal ingredients sourced from the garden, orchard, and carefully chosen local producers.

Cakes, fresh bread, artisanal jams, and sweet and savory specialties showcase the authentic flavors of Emilia, complemented by hot beverages and natural juices. The offerings change with the seasons, highlighting the freshness of the raw materials and the authenticity of traditional recipes.

Served in a bright and welcoming environment, or outdoors on milder days, breakfast becomes a leisurely and relaxing experience, perfect for starting the day immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.
