Locanda Montelippo

The restaurant at Locanda MonteLippo is a haven of authenticity and passion for traditional Marche cuisine. Each dish is crafted with care, using only local ingredients that enhance the region's genuine flavors. Our area has long been recognized for its simple and honest cooking, skillfully executed by experienced hands, like those of Chef Andrea Aiudi, whose professionalism ensures the preparation of meals that showcase our culinary heritage.

The menu changes with the seasons and is based on fresh products sourced from our family farm. We raise our own white and sheep meats, as well as red Marche meats raised just a short distance from the Locanda and grilled on our impressive wood-fired barbecue, the true centerpiece of our kitchen. From our nearby garden, enriched with aromatic herbs such as sage, rosemary, and basil, we gather ingredients for our dishes, along with small fruits grown using natural methods, like strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries, which are used to make artisanal jams and fresh products for both the Locanda and our company’s sales point.

In our wood-fired oven, we bake bread using ancient grain flours and sourdough, paired with meats from our expertly managed farm run by my father, Giuliano. Our homemade pasta is another delicacy, featuring traditional dishes such as passatelli and maltagliati, rolled out by our skilled pasta makers. The cured meats, cheeses, and ricotta come from pastured farms in the surrounding hills, where the livestock feed naturally.

Cakes, cookies, tarts, and other desserts are prepared with the same care and passion that we dedicate to every course. During the autumn and winter months, guests can enjoy hearty dinners in a cozy, rustic environment warmed by a fireplace and adorned with reclaimed stones and bricks. In the summer, the panoramic terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outdoors, surrounded by the tranquility of the hills.

Our a la carte menu, which is always evolving, reflects the seasonality of the ingredients and Chef Andrea's creativity. It is divided into two sections: “Classics,” featuring traditional dishes, and “Specialties,” which offers a selection of dishes designed to highlight local flavors with a creative twist. Additionally, our Wine List presents a wide range of high-quality Marche labels, including meditation wines, dessert wines, and grappas from Montefeltro.

We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free menus to accommodate all dietary needs. The restaurant area is sanitized using an ozone process, and the tables are arranged to ensure safe distancing, making every meal not only a delight for the palate but also a safe and enjoyable experience. We are open from Wednesday to Sunday, ready to welcome you for an authentic Marche culinary experience.
