B&B Zia Nì

Nestled within six hectares of olive groves and orchards, the B&B Zia Nì is a tranquil haven born from Mario and Lynsey's dream of creating a space in harmony with nature. Located in the picturesque Sant’Elia Valley, just a few kilometers from Peschici, the B&B was established in 2007 with sustainability principles in mind. The property features solar panels for hot water, photovoltaic systems for electricity, and an artesian well that ensures a pure and natural water supply.

Guests can kick off their day in the spacious panoramic lounge, surrounded by eight large windows that offer breathtaking views of the valley. In the summer, breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, featuring a selection of Apulian bread, homemade pastries, artisanal jams, freshly picked fruit, local cheeses and cured meats, along with fresh juices. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available upon request.

The rooms, bright and spacious, cover 45 square meters and include a private veranda of 15 square meters overlooking the olive grove. Each room is named after the fruit trees growing on the property—Olive, Fig, Carob, and Pomegranate—and is decorated in a style that reflects its namesake. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower, a double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and a minibar. Towels are changed daily, while bed linens are replaced twice a week.

One of the standout features of the property is the black-bottom pool, designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment. Built following eco-friendly guidelines, it is filled with pure well water and equipped with jacuzzi jets, a powerful shower, and a chromotherapy system that illuminates it at night, creating an enchanting ambiance. Next to the pool, a hot tub for four invites guests to enjoy moments of pure relaxation.

B&B Zia Nì also boasts a lush garden, cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Seasonal vegetables and fruit trees flourish here, including apricots, loquats, mulberries, watermelons, peaches, and pomegranates, which make their way straight to the breakfast table. The garden provides lettuce, spinach, eggplants, zucchini, pumpkins, peppers, and tomatoes picked at peak ripeness, perfect for enjoying with freshly baked Apulian bread. Additionally, there is a fragrant herb garden with arugula, rosemary, sage, oregano, basil, and chili peppers that enhance every dish with authentic flavors from Puglia.

Approximately three kilometers from the property, guests can indulge in a unique culinary experience at the renowned Ristorante Al Trabucco da Mimì, which offers free parking just 100 meters from San Nicola beach. Furthermore, cooking classes can be arranged by reservation, allowing guests to discover the authentic flavors of Gargano, a region that combines the allure of its coastlines with natural trails and a rich culinary heritage.
