Nestled among the woods and meadows of Val di Fassa, Agritur Soreie is an authentic haven for those looking to reconnect with the natural rhythm of life. Located in Vigo di Fassa, this agriturismo offers a peaceful, sunny environment, away from pollution and just minutes from ski lifts, hiking trails, and the renowned QC Terme Dolomiti. Here, the mountains come alive through the scents of larch wood that adorn the rooms, the genuine flavors of products grown according to biodynamic principles, and the warm hospitality of a family dedicated to sustainable farming.

The eight spacious, bright rooms are decorated in a contemporary alpine style, utilizing local and natural materials. The minimalist design allows the beauty of the surrounding landscape to shine through the large windows and private balconies. The absence of televisions is a deliberate choice; here, luxury is defined by tranquility, a starry sky, the aroma of wood, and the serenity of nature.

Every morning, breakfast becomes a cherished ritual: cakes and cookies made by Laura, homemade bread from grains grown in the fields, jams made from berries, fresh yogurt and cheese from the small dairy, cured meats, honey, natural juices, and eggs cooked to order. Each ingredient tells the story of the land, cultivated and processed with care.

The farm operates on ten hectares divided into gardens, pastures, and fields for growing grains like barley, wheat, and hemp. Berries, vegetables, flours, and dairy products are processed in an on-site workshop and also available for sale at the agriturismo's shop. Respect for the land is at the heart of all operations: composting, crop rotation, ethical farming practices, and the exclusive use of renewable sources such as geothermal heating and hydroelectric power.

Choosing Agritur Soreie means embracing an authentic lifestyle characterized by simplicity, interaction with animals, walks in nature, and small daily experiences like observing the work in the dairy or chatting with those who care for the land every day. Children can roam freely in the garden, visit the barn with goats, sheep, chickens, dogs, and cats, while adults can rediscover the joy of slow living.

The agriturismo is run by a close-knit family: Laura, Paula, Stephanie, Sebastian, and Franco passionately share their farming life and are always ready to welcome you with a smile and valuable tips on excursions, outdoor activities, and culinary routes. Agritur Soreie is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience infused with the scents of wood, freshly baked bread, and a deep respect for nature.

Hey, I'm Stephanie

The Agritur Soreie is run by a close-knit family that combines skills, passion, and genuine hospitality. Laura carefully prepares breakfast, baking bread, cakes, and pastries using products from the farm. Paula, originally from England, will greet you upon your arrival and also helps in the kitchen. Stephanie, a ski instructor with a degree in design, manages reservations and assists in both the kitchen and the dairy. Sebastian, who graduated in agriculture, takes care of the animals and the fields. Franco, a local from Fassano, designed the facility and is actively involved in all activities. Together, they create an authentic, welcoming agriturismo that is deeply connected to the local area.

Area Campagna

The Val di Fassa is one of the most enchanting valleys in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Surrounded by some of the most iconic peaks of the Alps, such as the Catinaccio, Sassolungo, Sella, and Marmolada, this Trentino valley provides breathtaking views in every season and an impressive variety of natural environments ranging from high-altitude pastures to coniferous forests, snowy summits to crystal-clear streams.

The region, traversed by the Avisio River, is dotted with small mountain villages where the Ladin culture is still alive, proudly maintained through language, architecture, and local traditions. Vigo di Fassa, home to the Agritur Soreie, is one of the valley's historic towns, sunny and conveniently located for easy access to the main ski lifts, such as those at Catinaccio, Buffaure (connected to Sellaronda), and Lusia.

In the summer, Val di Fassa becomes a paradise for hikers, cyclists, and families. Well-marked trails wind through forests and meadows, leading to mountain huts and high-altitude lakes. The valley's bike path conveniently connects the towns and is ideal for leisurely strolls. In winter, the area transforms into one of the most renowned ski resorts in the Alps, featuring miles of perfectly groomed slopes, cross-country skiing tracks, and snowshoeing paths. The famous Marcialonga takes place along the snow-covered bike path that runs near the agriturismo.

Just a few minutes from Agritur Soreie, you'll find QC Terme Dolomiti, modern thermal baths nestled in nature, where you can relax in warm water while enjoying views of the snow-capped peaks. The area is also rich in cultural and gastronomic offerings, with festivals, markets, and mountain huts serving traditional Ladin and Trentino dishes.

In every season, Val di Fassa offers authentic experiences filled with nature, sports, culture, and local flavors. It is a vibrant territory where the mountains are not just a backdrop but a tangible presence to be experienced with respect and wonder.
