The Locanda Alla Rosa welcomes its guests in an authentic and homely atmosphere, a result of a long-standing tradition passed down through four generations. Managed by the Corradin family since 1984, this establishment originated in the early 1900s thanks to great-grandmother Rosa and has remained in the same family ever since. Today, it continues to provide warm hospitality, where every guest is treated with the care and attention one would give to a close friend.

Located in Lusiana, in the heart of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, the inn boasts a prime location just a short distance from Asiago, Marostica, and Bassano del Grappa. This area is rich in natural beauty, featuring beech forests alongside alpine landscapes and valleys crisscrossed by streams and rivers. Here, nature intertwines with local history and culture, offering glimpses inspired by renowned authors such as Mario Rigoni Stern and Vera Brittain.

The inn features six spacious and modern rooms, each with a panoramic balcony overlooking the Vicentine plain and the Lusian mountains. Accommodations include three double rooms, two triple rooms, and one single room, with the option to add extra beds upon request. In the morning, guests are treated to a hearty and carefully prepared breakfast, perfect for starting the day off right. Options for half board or full board are available.

The restaurant serves the flavors of the Venetian tradition, complemented by a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, ideal for enjoying delicious pizzas in a warm and inviting setting. Alla Rosa is the perfect place for those seeking good food, relaxation, and the warm hospitality of a land rich in history and traditions.
Rooms and Rates
Start your day with a hearty and delicious breakfast! You can enjoy fresh, toasted bread served with butter and local jam, and you also have the option to try our homemade preserves. We offer a variety of fruit juices, freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, artisanal sweets, cereals, coffee, and milk. Don’t miss the chance to taste the cheeses from the Plateau and, when available, the fresh mountain ricotta paired with a selection of mixed cured meats. To round off your breakfast, you can choose from cappuccino, tea, and a variety of flavored infusions. Enjoy your meal!
At Locanda Alla Rosa, the kitchen is the vibrant heart of our hospitality, a place where tradition and creativity converge to showcase the authentic flavors of the region. Chef Rosy passionately leads the kitchen, while Sereno and his team turn every ingredient into a culinary experience, honoring seasonal produce and prioritizing local excellence.

The menu features appetizers rooted in Lusianese tradition, including selections of local cured meats and cheeses, polenta with porcini mushrooms, dried meats, and local fruits. With the arrival of warmer weather, the offerings are enhanced with wild herbs, asparagus mousse, and savory tarts, providing a taste of the nature that surrounds us.

Homemade fresh pasta takes center stage in our first courses, ranging from bigoli to gnocchi, ravioli, and pappardelle. The recipes reflect the seasons: spring brings the delicate flavors of wild herbs, while autumn offers the intense aromas of mushrooms, dried fruits, and chestnuts gathered from our woods.

Among the second courses, Venetian specialties stand out, such as veal osso buco with polenta and Vicentine-style cod, alongside exquisite game meats like deer, roe deer, and wild boar. Grilled meats are the pride of our kitchen, with juicy steaks and ribs ready to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Upon request, we also offer unique meats like ostrich, kangaroo, and bison for those looking to explore different flavors.

All desserts are crafted in-house with care and creativity, ranging from traditional classics to more modern and visually stunning creations, perfect for celebrating special occasions. Complementing each dish is a carefully curated wine list designed to enhance the flavors of our cuisine.

Additionally, we offer wood-fired pizzas that are fragrant and full of flavor, best enjoyed with a cold draft or bottled beer. Our selection ranges from simple options to special creations meant to delight even the most adventurous eaters.

Each dish tells the story of our land, featuring De.Co. products like apples, pears, and smoked dried meat, as well as mountain cheeses, cured meats, and local honey. The seasons provide us with unique ingredients such as wild herbs, mushrooms, chestnuts, and walnuts, alongside local delicacies like Marostica cherries, Bassano del Grappa asparagus, and Broccolo Fiolaro from Creazzo, enriching our cuisine with authentic and genuine flavors.
